Straight-Leg Side Plank

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Stack the feet and support on one forearm, lifting into a straight head-to-heel line.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Push the floor away.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the pelvis or collapsing at the shoulder.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
