Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
From a high plank, bring one knee forward at a time while the trunk remains still.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Move the leg without moving the spine.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing the hips or crowding the shoulders.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
