Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Rotate the rib cage toward the opposite knee with a slow leg switch and relaxed neck.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.

- Pulling the head or moving too quickly.
