Kneeling Side Plank

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Support on one forearm and bent knees, then lift the hips into a straight shoulder-to-knee line.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep hips stacked.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Rolling forward or sinking into the shoulder.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
