Resistance Band Push-Up
The resistance band push-up is a progressive bodyweight exercise that adds external resistance to a standard push-up. The band increases the difficulty at the top of the movement, demanding greater force from the pectorals and triceps to complete the extension.

Stop before the shoulders roll forward or the upper arms move beyond a controllable range.
Press the resistance away along the same path and stabilize before repeating.

Common mistakes

Stop or modify when
Stop or shorten the range for sharp, sudden, worsening, or joint-focused pain.
