Lying Knee Raise

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Lie on the back and draw bent knees toward the torso without using momentum.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Curl the pelvis gently.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the legs or arching during the return.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
