Incline Dumbbell Curl

Set up
Set a moderate incline and sit with the arms hanging at the sides.
Execute
Curl without moving the upper arms forward.
Lower slowly until the elbows are comfortably extended.

- Shoulders stay on the bench.
- Let the arms get long.
Common mistakes
- Driving the elbows forward near the top.
- Using an incline that forces shoulder discomfort.
