Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Lie on the back, tuck the knees, lift the shoulders slightly, and hold the low back gently down.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Shorten the lever to stay controlled.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Continuing after the low back arches.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
