Front-Foot-Elevated Barbell Split Squat
A secondary lunge movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Prepare the front-foot-elevated barbell split squat station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Use a low stable platform and establish the split stance before descending
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Using elevation that tilts the pelvis
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
