Cable Face Pull

Set up
Set a rope near face height and take a stable stance.
Execute
Pull toward the face while separating the rope ends.
Return with control without allowing the torso to drift forward.

- Hands finish beside the face.
- Elbows stay open.

- Using excessive load and leaning back.
- Pulling the rope toward the chest.
