Decline Push-Up
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest, shoulders.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Place feet on a stable low surface and perform a push-up with the trunk rigid.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Press the floor away.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using an unstable elevation or letting the low back sag.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
