Cable Reverse Lunge
A secondary lunge movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Face the low cable with the handle held close and clear space behind.
Execute
Step back, lower under control, and return by driving through the planted foot.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Control the cable pull.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Letting the stack pull the torso forward.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
