Banded Straight-Arm Pulldown

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Secure the band overhead and sweep nearly straight arms toward the thighs without trunk movement.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep shoulders down.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Arching the back or using an insecure anchor.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
