Assisted Pull-Up Machine

Set up
Select assistance and enter the machine using its handholds.
Execute
Start from a controlled hang and pull the chest toward the handles.
Lower slowly before exiting with the platform secured.
Coaching cues
- Drive elbows down.
- Move without swinging.
Common mistakes
- Treating higher assistance as more resistance.
- Stepping off before controlling the assistance pad.
