Banded Standing Hamstring Curl

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Anchor the band low, secure it at one ankle, and curl the heel upward with the thigh still.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep knees side by side.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using an insecure anchor or arching the back.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
