Wide-Grip Seated Cable Row

Set up
Take a wide attachment and sit with a stable torso.
Execute
Draw the elbows out and back toward the upper torso.
Return the handle forward without collapsing the spine.

- Elbows travel wide.
- Keep the chest steady.
Common mistakes
- Leaning far back to finish.
- Pulling the bar toward the waist.
