Machine Lat Pulldown

Set up
Adjust the seat and thigh restraint so the handles are reachable overhead.
Execute
Pull both levers down while staying supported and return under control.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep shoulders away from ears.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Lifting from the seat or slamming the levers upward.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
