Set up
Set the pads inside the knees and choose a comfortable starting width.
Execute
Bring the legs together smoothly and return without the stack touching down.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Keep the pelvis still.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Snapping the pads together or forcing an excessive start width.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
