Machine Chest Press
A primary horizontal push movement for chest.

Set up
Adjust the seat so the handles align near mid-chest.
Execute
Press while the head and torso remain supported.
Return until the chest is comfortably lengthened without the stack crashing.
Coaching cues
- Press through the handles.
- Keep the shoulders on the pad.
Common mistakes
- Setting the seat too high or low.
- Letting the weights slam between reps.
