Converging Chest Press Machine

Set up
Set the seat and handle depth for a comfortable chest-level start.
Execute
Press the handles forward and inward along their arcs, then return slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Follow both arcs evenly.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Forcing the handles together or losing pad contact.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
