Seated Back Extension Machine
A secondary hinge movement for back.

Set up
Adjust the back pad and foot supports so the pelvis remains stable.
Execute
Extend the trunk through a modest controlled range and return slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Move smoothly through the torso.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Hyperextending or rebounding against the pad.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
