High-Plank Shoulder Tap

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
From a wide-foot high plank, tap the opposite shoulder without shifting the pelvis.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Press the floor away.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the hips or rushing taps.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
