Cable Shrug

Set up
Hold a low cable attachment with arms long and torso tall.
Execute
Raise the shoulders vertically, pause, and lower without leaning.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Rowing the attachment or circling the shoulders.
