Set up
Prepare the standing cable knee extension station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Secure an ankle cuff behind the body and extend the knee while holding support
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the hip to move the cuff
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
