Cable Hip Flexion

Set up
Attach an ankle cuff behind the working leg and stand tall with support.
Execute
Lift the knee forward under control and lower without the stack landing.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the pelvis stacked.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back or swinging the leg.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
