Kneeling Cable Crunch

Set up
Kneel beneath a high cable and hold the rope beside the head.
Execute
Bring the ribs toward the pelvis without pulling with the arms.
Return until the trunk is tall while the hips remain nearly still.

- Close ribs toward pelvis.
- Keep hips quiet.
Common mistakes
- Sitting the hips back to move the cable.
- Yanking down with the arms.
