Assisted Single-Leg Box Squat
A secondary squat movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Use light hand support, sit to a stable box on one leg, then stand with control.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the working foot planted.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Falling to the box or pulling excessively with the hands.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
