Resistance-Band Squat
A secondary squat movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Stand securely on a band with it held at shoulder level, squat, then rise against even tension.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the band centered under both feet.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using a damaged band or losing foot contact.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
