Bodyweight Reverse Lunge
A secondary lunge movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Step backward, lower under control, and return by driving through the planted foot.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the front foot heavy.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Pushing mainly from the rear leg.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
