Barbell Push Press
A primary vertical push movement for shoulders.

Set up
Prepare the barbell push press station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Use a shallow dip and transfer leg drive into the press
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Dip straight down
- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Turning the dip into a forward squat
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
