Banded Lateral Walk

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Place a loop band above the knees or at the ankles and take controlled side steps with constant tension.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep toes facing forward.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Dragging the trailing foot or rocking the torso.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
