Pike Push-Up
A secondary vertical push movement for shoulders, triceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Set the hips high, lower the head between the hands, and press back to the pike.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Aim the crown between the hands.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Turning the rep into a flat push-up.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
