Neutral-Grip Lat Pulldown

Set up
Attach a neutral handle and secure the thighs beneath the pad.
Execute
Pull the handle toward the upper chest while keeping the torso steady.
Return until the arms are long without the stack landing.
Coaching cues
- Elbows to your sides.
- Stay tall.
Common mistakes
- Turning the pull into a row with a large lean.
- Stopping the return before the arms lengthen.
